Warranty Policy

At Serqiva, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing lighting products from our store. All items come with a limited store warranty provided by Serqiva, independent from any manufacturer warranty.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our 30-Day Limited Store Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical or wiring issues upon arrival
  • Structural defects (cracks, broken joints, loose fittings)
  • Items that arrive damaged due to shipping

This warranty applies to all lighting products including wall lights, ceiling lamps, floor lamps, chandeliers, and table lamps.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Incorrect voltage usage not aligned with Malaysian standards
  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage due to misuse, drops, accidents, or water exposure
  • Modifications, rewiring, or repairs done by third parties
  • Colour variations, natural material patterns, or minor cosmetic imperfections

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Email info@serqiva.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos
  1. Our support team will respond within 2 business days

  2. If approved, we will:

  • Provide a replacement part, or
  • Replace the item with a new one, or
  • Provide a refund if replacement is not possible

All replacements and returns are free of charge.

4. Warranty Period

  • Warranty validity: 30 days from the date of delivery

Claims submitted after the warranty period may not be eligible.

5. Installation Requirements

Lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Failure caused by incorrect installation will not be covered.
