Warranty Policy

At Serqiva, we want our customers to feel confident and secure when purchasing lighting products from our store. All products sold by Serqiva are covered by a 30-day limited store warranty, provided directly by Serqiva and independent of any manufacturer warranty. This warranty is designed to protect customers against defects and issues present at the time of delivery.

Warranty Coverage

Our 30-day limited store warranty covers manufacturing defects, electrical or wiring issues identified upon arrival, structural defects such as cracks, broken joints, or loose fittings, and items that arrive damaged due to shipping. This warranty applies to all lighting products sold by Serqiva, including wall lights, ceiling lamps, floor lamps, chandeliers, and table lamps.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or incorrect installation, use of incorrect voltage not aligned with Malaysian electrical standards, or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use. It also excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, water exposure, or environmental factors. Any modifications, rewiring, repairs, or alterations performed by third parties will void the warranty. Natural variations in colour, texture, or pattern in materials such as stone, glass, or metal, as well as minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality, are not considered defects and are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact us by emailing info@serqiva.com within the warranty period. Claims must include the order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos that demonstrate the defect or damage. Our support team will review all claims and respond within 2 business days.

If a claim is approved, Serqiva will, at its discretion, provide a replacement part, replace the item with a new product, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available. All approved warranty replacements and related return shipping costs are provided free of charge to the customer.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for coverage under this warranty policy.

Installation Requirements

All lighting products should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations. Any damage or malfunction resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, or non-compliant electrical work will not be covered under this warranty.
