Serqiva is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. While our operations are managed locally, our lighting products are sourced from trusted international manufacturers and partner warehouses.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia, with no minimum purchase requirement and no hidden handling fees.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 8 to 15 business days across Malaysia. This includes order handling and transit time. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to customs processing, courier workload, or public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to become active depending on the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments exclusively through PayPal. You may pay using your PayPal balance or major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through PayPal’s secure checkout. A PayPal account is not required.

Yes. We strongly recommend that all lighting products be installed by a qualified electrician. Damage caused by improper installation or incorrect voltage usage is not covered under warranty.
