Serqiva accepts the following payment methods:

The payment method selected at checkout will be used to complete the applicable transaction.

Transaction Currency

All transactions with Serqiva are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).

Serqiva has not established any additional customer-facing order-verification process in these terms.

Shipping Information

Serqiva provides free standard shipping within Malaysia.

Current shipping timeframes are:

  • Handling Time: 3 - 5 business days

  • Transit Time: 9 - 18 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 12 - 23 business days

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8)

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday

Tracking information is sent by email with a tracking link after shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Serqiva provides a 30-day return window from delivery.

Return requests must be submitted to Serqiva for review before an item is sent back. If a return is approved, the applicable return instructions will be provided.

Approved returns and exchanges have free return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

Returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for eligible products.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
